SIGL Named Real Estate Company Of The Year (Luxury) At NCCAG 2023

Swami India Ghana Ltd received the Real Estate Company of the Year (Luxury) award at the 2023 National Customers' Choice Awards Ghana, recognising our work on Solaris Apartments in Osu.
The recognition follows a run of industry milestones achieved within just two years: induction into the GIPC Ghana Club 100 (ranked 57th), and the GREDA Awards 2022 for Best in Apartments (High End).
Award evaluators assessed service quality, build standards, and customer satisfaction across Ghana's real estate sector. Solaris Apartments demonstrated this through features including three-tier security, fibre internet, a rooftop bar and lounge, a business centre, 24/7 water supply, maintained elevators, and spa and cafeteria amenities.
We keep land acquisition, architectural design, civil engineering, and construction unified in-house rather than outsourced, which keeps accountability in one place across every project phase.
We continue to publish regular construction updates for our active developments — Solarium, Springfield Estate, Serenity Estate, and Celestia Residence. As registered members of GREDA, GIPC, and NCCAG, our documentation and customer service practices are subject to outside scrutiny, and these recognitions span everything from completed projects through to ongoing construction.
